SAYLOR declines any responsibility derived from information or contents not directly managed by SAYLOR .
SAYLOR shall not be liable for any interruption or problems in the operation of the service resulting from excessive server resources, malicious programs, viruses, breakdowns, nor for any other technical incidents that are not directly dependent on SAYLORThe Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such events, nor in the event that they were the result of force majeure or beyond its control.
6. COMMUNICATION, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE
SAYLOR makes available to the USER a support and assistance service for the resolution of possible doubts about the operation of the service, through the mail info@saylor.es.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
SAYLOR expressly complies with all the requirements established in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data as well as the regulations that develop it.
SAYLOR also assumes compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services. Personal data are treated in accordance with the provisions of said regulations, keeping the technical, organizational and security measures necessary to ensure confidentiality and avoid any loss, alteration and treatment or access that are not authorized.

SAYLOR reserves the right to rectify, update or modify these conditions at any time, mainly in order to adapt them to future legislative changes or other circumstances that require these changes at the discretion of SAYLOR.
The conditions in force shall be those published here, applicable as of the date of the last update, which appears at the beginning of this document.
It is the responsibility of the USER to regularly review the Terms of Use of the WEBSITE as continued use of the WEBSITE will constitute acceptance of the modifications made.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any question, conflict or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance and/or execution of these General Conditions of contracting and use, and of the existing relationship between the parties, the parties expressly submit to Spanish legislation and to the jurisdictional competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other legislation or jurisdiction that may be applicable to them, unless other different ones are imperatively determined by Law.
